Permanent Metal Air Filters (Mesh Type)
Heavy duty washable filters washable filters are manufactured in either aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel. We recommend the use of filter oil when using permanent mesh filters in air applications. These filters are designed for years of effective use. Available in depths of 1/4" to 4" thickness. Custom sizes available.

Permanent Metal Grease Filters (Baffle type)
Unique roll formed baffles are designed to prevent flame from penetrating through the filter into the duct work. UL approved for grease, this filter comes in aluminum, galvanized steel and stainless steel. 1" and 2" thickness. (1" available only in galvanized steel.)

Fiberglass and Polyester Panel Filters
Stock size fiberglass filters have special features including a one piece, heat sealed monobond frame, an industrial grade scrim backing for downstream support and high quality fiberglass media. Special filters are made with a high quality chipboard frame. Bottlecap is found on both the air-entering and air-leaving sides of these filters.

Pleated Filters
Available in both regular regular capacity (EQP) and super capacity (DQP). All sizes available in 1", 2", 4" & 6" depths. This extended surface series is produced with a special blend of cotton and polyester fibers. The solid board frame has excellent moisture resistant qualities. Custom sizes available.

Pad Holding Frame
Save money, storage and labor costs! Permanent pad holding frames are made with 24 gauge galvanized steel. Heavy expanded backing is secured to the frame to assure extra rigidity. Fiberglass, polyester, pleats, foam and hog hair are just a few of the medias available to use with this holding frame. cross wires and hinged gates sold separately.

Fiberglass Media: Bulkrolls (200' & 85' lengths) and Pads
Fiberglass Media made of 100% continuous filaments of spun glass, bonded with thermosetting resin. This assures deep dirt penetration and high dirt holding capacity. Fiberglass media meets or exceeds all industrial standards. 1/2" and 2" thickness.

Perm-A-Foam Filters
An aluminum filter designed for furnace applications, this filter has 1/8" foam, corrugated between two layers of heavy aluminum and enclosed in a heavy aluminum frame. This filter is washable so it has a life span of many years. Available in filters, pads and rolls. Foam filters also available.

Charcoal
A wide variety of charcoal filters are available including metal grease filters, pleats impregnated in charcoal, charcoal pads and bulk charcoal. This activated commercial carbon is extremely effective in odor removal in electronic air cleaners, furnaces and ductless range hoods.

Holding Frames
Heavy 16 gauge galvanized steel makes up these filter hold frames. Designed to provide a strong, durable vibrationless filter bank, simple and economical to erect. Straight side for single or small bank applications. Available in 50s and 100s. 100s have an interlocking lip, designed for larger filter banks.
